Job Description

TasksObjectives of the Role:We are looking for a Technical Trainer - FUSO. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the commercial vehicle industry, a passion for delivering training programs, and aptitude for providing meaningful and structured solutions to our Business Partners.The ideal candidate will develop and deliver training programs to our Business Partners, focusing on improving their knowledge and skills, successful introduction of new technologies and application of new systems and tools within the automotive industry and assessing the competencies of the network.Main Responsibilities:Technical Training Program Development, Adaptation and Design

  • Develop and design new, or adapt and localize existing FUSO training programs focusing on improving the sales and customer service knowledge and skills of Business Partners.
Technical Training Delivery
  • Deliver FUSO technical training programs to Business Partners, directly or indirectly by teaming up with subject matter experts from various departments (training, sales, service & parts).
  • Offer guidance, practical and innovative solutions on customer service procedures and best practices.
  • Ensure the training programs are executed in accordance with Fuso Academy standards.
Training Competence
  • Ensure training capability is developed and excelled both on personal and corporate level, to enable the organization to deliver training programs in a professional and effective manner.
Automotive Industry Expertise
  • Responsible for staying up to date with the latest industry developments and trends, and ensuing the training programs are relevant and effective.
QualificationsEducational Requirements:
  • University Degree Automotive Engineering, Technical Education, or similar qualification
  • Certification from accredited institution/organization as a trainer
  • Certified Trainer certificate from Daimler is beneficial.
Experience:
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in delivering technical training programs
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive industry. Commercial Vehicle experience is beneficial.
Knowledge:
  • Expert level in technical knowledge and workshop processes in commercial vehicles.
  • Business background and thorough understanding of customer service in the automotive industry.
  • Customer-focused and familiar with working with partners (internal and external).
  • Cultural knowledge of the Middle East and Africa region.
  • Knowledge of FUSO commercial vehicles would be an added advantage.
  • Ability to develop and maintain training materials, workflow diagrams, and interactive training methods
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other automation software systems
Language:
  • Fluent in written and spoken English (negotiation level)
  • Arabic, French, or German is beneficial.
