Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to configure and enhance Oracle Fusion ERP to meet business needs.
  • Conduct gap analysis between business requirements and system capabilities and propose solutions.
  • Participate in system testing and support user acceptance testing.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of end-user training and documentation.
  • Provide functional expertise and guidance to end-users during post-implementation support.
  • Stay updated with the latest features and functionalities of Oracle Fusion ERP.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and optimize system functionality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • 10 years of experience as a functional consultant, specifically with Oracle Fusion ERP.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and workflows.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP modules.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
