Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join our team at ZIWOs Dubai office.About ZIWO:ZIWO is an Omni-channel Cloud Contact Center Software (CCAAS) offering seamless communication solutions for businesses worldwide, encompassing Phone, WhatsApp, and SMS interactions. With ready-made plugins for most CRMs and an open API architecture, ZIWO facilitates integration with any application, ensuring flexibility and ease of use.ZIWO connects users across 145 countries, including the GCC, enabling instant expansion into new markets.What Youll Do:

  • Bring UI/UX designs to life, ensuring a smooth and visually appealing user experience.
  • Design and develop robust APIs for mobile and desktop clients.
  • Collaborate closely with our team to deliver cohesive, functional code.
  • Report to the Head of Development and contribute to strategic decisions.
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and improve our codebase for top-tier performance.
  • Develop automated tests to ensure quality and facilitate ongoing improvements.
  • Write clean, efficient code and build prototypes for new features.
  • Profile and optimize frontend code for peak performance.
  • Create comprehensive technical documentation for future development.
What Were Looking For:
  • 3+ years of FullStack development experience.
  • Bachelors Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • English proficiency is required; Arabic is a plus.
  • Experience with frontend frameworks and UI libraries (e.g., Angular, Tailwind, Material).
  • Proficiency in API integration in frontend products.
  • Expertise in DotNet Core / C#.
  • Strong understanding of REST API with OOP language using TDD and SOLID principles.
  • Knowledge of databases (e.g., RDBMS, NoSQL).
