This role requires a combination of administrative skills and a passion for delivering high-standard customer service. You will manage all front desk activities, including greeting guests, handling inquiries, and ensuring a seamless flow of operations within the office.Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office with a professional and friendly demeanour.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office, enhancing customer experience.
• Handle telephone inquiries, providing accurate information, and forwarding calls as necessary.
• Support clients and staff with sales enquiries
• Perform administrative duties
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
• Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
• Update calendars and schedule meetings.
• Arrange travel and accommodations
• Assist with office management and organization tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
• Support team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Front Office Representative, Office Manager, or similar role.
• Sales and client facing experience is helpful.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Customer service attitude with a keen eye for detail.
