This includes VIP clients from abroad and within the UAE.Greeting clients and directing them to one of our meeting roomsWorking in a fast-paced environment and balancing multiple tasks at any given timeOrganisation of the office and meeting roomsOverseeing the general appearance of the office, as well as keeping supplies well stockedPerform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.Answering calls and office inquiries in a professional mannerUpholding dress code standards acting as a role model and ambassador to the businessWho we are looking for:To be considered for our Front Desk Reception Team, youll need to be:Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are an advantage)Hold yourself in high-esteem as a first point of contactCompetent with Microsoft Office programsHighly organised and self-motivatedSolution-oriented Customer-service inclinedAnd have:At least one year experience in a similar roleA minimum of college educationNo visible tattoos whilst in uniformAcute attention to detailA high standard of presentabilityA friendly demeanour
