Our team provides expert advice to help investors navigate the various business setups available in Dubais Freezone, Mainland, and Offshore areas. We aim to guide entrepreneurs towards a successful and seamless business expansion process. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Executive at NEEJA CORPORATE SERVICES. As the first point of contact for the company, the Front Desk Executive will be responsible for managing the reception area, welcoming guests and clients, and directing incoming calls. Additional responsibilities include managing office supplies, managing mail delivery, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office tidiness and hygiene. This role requires a personable and professional persona and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of stakeholders, both internal and external to the organization
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills
  • Telephonic etiquettes and fluency in english
  • Pleasing personality and professional
  • Prior experience in customer service or front desk roles is preferred, but not required
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic and diverse work environment
  • Minimum of a Graduation or diploma or equivalent is required; An Associates or Bachelors degree is preferred
