Responsibilities:
  • Managing and growing a portfolio of clients via email and phone calls
  • Handling new client leads on a daily basis
  • Promoting available products and services to clients
  • Actively following up on queries and providing feedback to customers in a timely manner
  • Informing clients of any new products and promotions that the company is offering
  • Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Contributing to team effort by achieving targeted results
Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree (any field) or Diploma (any field)
  • Client handling experience in the financial services sector(FX or Crypto) is considered a plus
  • Experience in the MENA or Indian Market
