The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations in restaurants, cafes, or hotel dining areas. This role ensures excellent customer service, supervises F&B staff, maintains hygiene and quality standards, and supports the F&B Manager in achieving business goals.Key Responsibilities:Supervise F&B service staff, including waiters, bartenders, and hosts during shifts.Ensure smooth operation of dining areas, bars, and banquet services.Greet guests, handle complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.Assist in training new staff on service standards, menu knowledge, and safety.Monitor food presentation, cleanliness, and compliance with hygiene standards.Coordinate with kitchen and other departments to ensure timely service.Qualifications:Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred.2–4 years of experience in F&B service, including supervisory or team lead experience.Strong knowledge of food service operations and customer service standards.Familiarity with POS systems, basic stocktaking, and inventory control.
