Job Description

JOB ROLE Responsible for supervising and coordinating daily front-of-house restaurant operations. This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai. The Floor Supervisor will work closely with the team to ensure excellent customer service, maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment, and develop team members. The role is also responsible for ensuring that sales goals are met while following the companys policies and procedures.REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in training and coaching team members
  • Proven sales experience with the ability to meet sales targets
  • Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include:
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in the food and beverage industry
  • Education in F&B Management or Hospitality Management
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
