The Floor Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store/restaurant/hotel floor, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, maintaining inventory, and achieving sales targets. The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a focus on delivering a superior customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate daily floor activities to ensure smooth operations.Lead, motivate, and manage the team of staff, including sales associates, servers, or housekeeping staff.Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve customer complaints efficiently.Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and merchandising standards.Implement company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.Assist in staff scheduling, training, and development.Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance customer engagement.Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance.Collaborate with other departments to ensure operational efficiency.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Retail Management, or related field preferred.Proven experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service management.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
