Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented Fleet Administrator to support and optimize our commercial vehicle operations across the UAE. The ideal candidate will manage vehicle documentation, coordinate maintenance schedules, ensure regulatory compliance, and assist with daily fleet operations to maximize efficiency and safety.Key Responsibilities:Maintain accurate records of vehicles, registrations, insurance, and maintenance logsCoordinate vehicle servicing, inspections, and repairsMonitor fleet usage, fuel consumption, and driver schedulesEnsure compliance with UAE transport regulations and company policiesAssist with procurement and disposal of vehiclesRequirements:Proven experience in fleet or logistics administrationStrong organizational and communication skillsProficient in MS Office and fleet management softwareKnowledge of UAE transport regulations preferred
