  • Manage weekly fintech deal allocation planning, pipeline management and reporting for CEMEA deals and sales pipeline
  • Coordinate weekly fintech deal review sessions and agenda
  • Lead response of day-to-day queries from the analyst team regarding deals, modeling, templates, processes, etc.
  • Lead onboarding initiatives for new analysts and creation of fintech sales training materials
  • Manage collating and sharing updated guidance from finance, and other key stakeholders as well as training analysts on the application of these updates
  • Maintain deal approval and proposal templates, financial modelling tools, terms sheets etc.
  • Lead data collection to support creation of market fact sheets, fintech portfolio deal performance analysis, etc.
  • Conduct financial and business analysis of strategic opportunities for Visa capabilities that increases revenue for both parties through a deep understanding of the partners business and evolving industry context, including payment strategy and solutions
  • Conduct financial modeling to create a commercial business case, create internal approval and client-facing materials
  • Support strategic opportunities from initiation to proposal and approval stages through cross-functional coordination
  • Support business development efforts to engage with new innovative partners
  • Support day-to-day relationship management for strategic partners, expanding Visas reach with the partner across functional groups
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency of information as well as organized documentation and data sources used
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree required
  • 4+ years relevant experience
  • Financial modeling and commercial structuring skills
  • Business acumen
  • Analytical ability with high attention to detail and critical thinking
  • Excellent skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI
  • Excellent communication skills (client-facing or sales operations experience is a plus)
  • Demonstrated creative problem solving with ability to collaborate and build consensus cross-functionally
  • Highly motivated self-starter capable of working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Payments or financial services industry experience preferred
  • Teamwork, interpersonal & relationship-building skills, and ability to lead by influence and example
  • Ability to influence and work within matrixed environment
  • Must be proactive, high-energy, motivated team player capable of delivering on multiple initiatives on tight timelines
