Key Responsibilities:Develop, maintain, and improve complex financial models for valuation, investment analysis, and strategic planningConduct detailed financial analysis and scenario planning to assess project feasibility and investment opportunitiesPerform company and asset valuations using various methodologies (DCF, comparable company, precedent transactions, etc.)Support due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and joint venturesProvide insights and recommendations based on financial data to senior managementCollaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, strategy, and operationsEnsure accuracy and integrity of financial data and modelsKeep abreast of industry trends, valuation standards, and best practicesQualifications:Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferredMinimum 5-8 years of experience in financial modelling, valuation, and corporate financeProven expertise in valuation techniques, financial analysis, and Excel modellingExperience working in the UAE or the GCC region is preferredStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesKnowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other analytical tools is a plus
