Charterhouse are currently working with a legacy client, whom within their Asset Management arm, are looking to recruit a Finance Manager.About The RoleThis role will take ownership of all financial management and financial reporting aspects within the business entity, to deliver both strong accounting processes to generate accurate financial statements and reporting controls aligned to IFRS.This Finance Manager will also take ownership of Fixed Asset accounting, with a view to developing strong management reports, across the portfolio and any projects within the development pipeline.This role also extends to areas of financial analysis in the support of feasibility and/or investment studies and shall require Excel capabilities, to a financial modelling level, along with exposure to Power BI tools.About YouThe client will look to recruit a qualified professional Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA) with a demonstrable track record, with a minimum of seven years of experience, across financial management and reporting-based positions. Applicants shall be exposed to areas of real estate and/or asset management operations whilst understanding the dynamics of EPC and/or project-based operators.The successful candidate shall be well-versed with SAP ERP platforms, combined with an ability to manage and extract date within the system, shall be a critical aspect within the search criterion. The capability to manage senior reporting lines, whilst developing reporting tools and commentaries, shall be another vital aspect of the role function within this expanding business entity.
