The Finance Administrator will be mainly responsible for processing vendor invoices, issuing client invoices and performing intercompany reconciliation tasks.The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of bookkeeping experience and should have a good understanding of accounting principles and practices. He / She must have exceptional problem-solving skills, great attention to detail, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.Your responsibilities will include:

• Issue invoices to clients in a timely manner.
• Reconcile intercompany accounts.
• Resolve client inquiries promptly.
• Follow-up with clients regarding payment.
• Prepare and review reports for accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
• Reviewing and verifying invoices and check requests.
• Processing payments in a timely manner.
• Reconciling accounts.
• Keeping updated records of invoices and payments.
• Developing and maintaining good relationships with vendors.
• Assisting with other accounting duties as needed.

About youYou are proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and have strong problem-solving and analytical skills. You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams. You will have a construction or project management background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
