What you will be doing:
  • Monitor & ensure F&B service operations are running smoothly while providing exceptional service
  • Supervise the F&B attendants to ensure the guests receive quality service
  • Maintain restaurant premises is in neat and orderly condition at all times
  • Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guests experience through up-selling
QualificationsYour experience and skills include:
  • Service focused personality is essential
  • 2-3 years of work experience is an asset
  • Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
  • Excellent guest service skill
  • Fluency in English additional languages are a plus
