Job Description

The Executive Secretary provides high-level administrative support to company executives by managing schedules, handling correspondence, organizing meetings, and performing administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally.Maintain confidential files and records.Assist in the preparation of budgets and expense reports.Coordinate with other departments and external contacts as needed.Perform general administrative duties to support the executive team.Ensure timely follow-up on action items and deadlines.Assist with special projects and event planning as required.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.Proven experience (2+ years) as an Executive Secretary or similar role.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Strong written and verbal communication abilities.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
