Executive AssistantJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Monitor and track the execution of key projects and assigned deliverables•Coordinate reports, audits, and submission of official documentation•Liaise effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders•Manage executive calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements•Support executive meetings, workshops, and presentations•Prepare professional correspondence, reports, and expense statements•Ensure confidentiality, compliance, and adherence to company standards at all timesCandidate Requirements:•At least 5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Administrator•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline is preferred•Professional appearance with a confident and well-presented personality•Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory)•Strong coordination, multitasking, and time management abilities•Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)•Experience handling tenders, commercial submissions, or audit documentation is an advantage•High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills•Ability to work independently with minimal supervision•Valid UAE driving license is required•Male or Female candidates; UAE-based applicants preferred
