Executive AssistantJob Location : UAEResponsibilities :•Provide comprehensive executive support, including meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and communication handling.•Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation on behalf of the CEO.•Manage property-related tasks such as tenant communication, maintenance coordination, contractor management, and basic financial oversight.•Ensure all properties are well-maintained, compliant, and operating smoothly.•Assist with project coordination, research, and administrative tasks as required.•Act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.Requirements :•1–2 years of experience in executive support, property management, or a similar administrative role.•Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.•Verbal communication in Gujarati would be an added advantage.•Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently.•High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.•Problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritise effectively.
