Job Description

Greenfield International School are seeking an Exams Officer to join their award-winning IB World School in Dubai.Greenfield International SchoolGreenfield international School (GIS), founded in 2007, is an International Baccalaureate (IB) World Continuum School, welcoming students aged two years (Rising 3s) to 18 years (Grade 12). We embrace our international and cultural diversity and strong sense of community.Our facilities include: an auditorium, six lane, shaded competitive Swimming Pool, shaded Learning Pool, two large Sports Fields, fully equipped Gymnasium, Tennis Courts, two Libraries, Art Studios, Food Technology Laboratory, Music Rooms, shaded KG Play Areas, Science Laboratories, Design and Technology Workshops, ICT Laboratories, Dance and Drama Studio, two Cafeterias, spacious and modern Classrooms, indoor and outdoor Play Areas.What do we look forResponsible for the management of all external examinations and other duties to support the Head of Secondary, the Secondary Leadership Team and Secondary staff.The role requires excellent organisational and communication skills, attention to detail and a good understanding of the IB Curriculum.Aside from your qualifications, personality is very important, if youre able to demonstrate a passionate, enthusiastic, creative and dynamic attitude then we want to hear from you!Experience: A minimum of 3 years working in an Exams Officer role or similar experience working in a school is preferred.Competencies:

  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
  • Highly organized with a great attention to detail
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office packages and the ability to use (Excel Spread sheets etc.) to support all the data needs of the school
  • Manage the examinations process so that all parties are well informed
