Company DescriptionWe suggest you enter details here.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for an Entrepreneurship professional at Cherubic Venture Capital. The Entrepreneurship professional will work closely with a team to find and support skilled entrepreneurs with innovative business ideas and fund their ventures. The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent skills in identifying the most promising startups, building and maintaining strong relationships with founders, and coordinating the entire funding process, from due diligence to the negotiating and closing of deals.Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Management or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years experience working in a venture capital firm or a related field.
  • Successful track record in sourcing and closing deals with innovative startups.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, opportunities, risks, emerging technologies and startups.
  • Familiarity with venture capital legal documentation, financing structures, and due diligence processes.
  • Creative thinker with excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex concepts and business analyses both verbally and in writing, and able to develop strong relationships with entrepreneurs.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, as well as being an adaptable team player.
  • Strong work ethic and passion for entrepreneurship and innovation.
  • Experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives is a plus.
