Job Description

  • Conduct preliminary technical studies determined by the department manager and evaluate, review, and analyze various reports to determine efficiency and provide recommendations related to achieving goals according to work plans and programs.
  • Ensure compliance and implementation of all systems used within RTA.
  • Review requests (plans and drawings) from relevant operational units and clients (applicants) regarding billboard locations and other commercial requests and ensure their compliance with approved manuals, laws, and procedures
  • Study sites and commercial/advertising locations in relation to technical and investment guidelines (safety, zoning, etc.).
  • Maintain records of all technical and investment studies and analysis for all stages.
  • Review, analyze, and provide technical and commercial reports on claims raised due to technical issues.
  • Implementing the strategy, policies, legislation, regulations, guidelines, and procedures followed in Commercial and Investment Department related to outdoor advertising and issuing advertising permits for companies and government and local entities.
  • Commitment and providing technical feedback regarding the guidelines for outdoor advertising.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and representatives of specialized service entities for the implementation of commercial projects/advertisements to ensure compliance with traffic safety standards and conditions.
  • Prepare the necessary correspondences and responses to communicate with official and external entities, as well as inquiries, and submit them to the direct supervisor.
  • Coordinate with Traffic Department to ensure compliance with the requirements and specifications of traffic safety.
  • Perform any other tasks and responsibilities related to the job as assigned.
QualificationsEDUCATION
  • Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university
EXPERIENCE 0-2 Years Of Relevant Practical Experience.Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes.
  • Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications.
  • Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing.
  • Resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent projects.
  • Proven ability to develop quality standards, testing procedures, inspection reporting formats, and ability to conceptualize tasks and accomplish them.
  • Good knowledge of statistical methods and their applications.
  • Innovative problem-solver who can generate workable solutions and resolve complaints.
