Job Description

SummaryThe Early Career Training is 6 months with possibility to extend up to 1 year program and it is an investment in young talents where GE trains fresh graduates who meet the required criteria to perform their traineeship in a GE business. The traineeship duration varies upon business requirement and will develop the general skills of the trainee and provide on the job knowledge and technical experience. Positions requiring understanding of a concepts, methods and procedures.Job Descriptio

  • nUnderstanding existing landscape of GE installed fleet, technology, and contractual relationships with customer
  • .Assist in Setup, plan, and execute different maintenance outages including milestones planning while coordinating with different internal functions
  • .Assist in Keeping track of customer purchase orders, follow up for internal conversion, and updating their execution status
  • .Billing, invoice tracking, and cash collection follow up with customers and internal status reporting
  • .Manage and update customer /Site technical issues tracker and drive internally within organization with different stake holders for resolution
  • .Understanding and support in management of different multiyear contracts
  • .Maintain and updated ERP based planning tools and digital dashboards
  • .Attend customer meetings and site visits as applicable
  • .Work with colleagues in process improvement projects and kaizen events
.Qualifications/Minimum Requirement
  • s:Bachelors degree in Engineering from an accredited universit
  • y.Basic experience in related fie
  • ldActive listener with good communication skills in Englis
  • h.Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office application
