Come and join us for an exciting internship opportunity at GE Grid Solutions, a GE Vernova Business, where we bring together technologies and expertise to help solve the toughest power system challenges, accelerating the global transition to a greener, more resilient, and reliable grid.The Early Career Training - Engineering, is a 12 months program, and it is an investment in young talents where GE Vernova trains fresh graduates who meet the required criteria to perform in the selected role. This program will help you in developing the general skills of the internship and provide on-the-job knowledge and technical experience.In line with Emiratization requirements preference will be given to qualified Emirati nationals.Roles & Responsibilities

  • During the internship program we will provide assignments, projects & tasks that are related to your major where you can develop leadership and communication skills.
  • Partner with leaders and interact with all business functions to deliver assigned tasks
  • Support the MEA Services & Operations team in daily activities and deliverables
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering from an accredited university (preferably electrical engineering)
  • Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Active listener with good communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Previous internship or relevant experience in a similar experience would be an advantage.
  • A team player with the ability to communicate effectively with crosses functional teams.
  • No obstacle to work from Dubai Office.
Desired Characteristics
  • Curious and proactive with high level of integrity, strong analytical skills, and eagerness to learn.
  • Master degree is nice to have.
  • Highly organized and in systematic with solid time management skills.
