The traineeship duration is 12 months in (UAE, Dubai) and will develop your technical knowledge and soft skills and provide on the job learning and exposure.Aspart of ourEarly Career Traineeship,you will be involved in:Attending classroom trainings, field jobs when required and working closely with the commercial experts to fully understand the Artificial Lift Operations and the Business. By the end of the training program, you shall possess comprehensive knowledge of ALS commercial process, tendering flow and ALS region market outlook

  • Work with the Sales and commercial team for the Artificial Lift Systems (ALS) product line in MENATI region.
  • Grasp a good understanding of various artificial lift technologies and Baker Hughes ALS products.
  • Understand the Baker Hughes commercial process and ensure its compliance on all deals.
  • Work on deals of increasing complexity and support the sales and operations teams in the region.
  • Ensure all approvals are secured and deals are submitted on time.
  • Engage with Country Sales Teams and PLMs on regular basis.
  • Handle Commercial and Contract issues during order to remittance (OTR) phase and assist Operations teams across MENATI on contract interpretation and issuing notices to customers.

  • Have abachelorsdegree in Commercial/ Commercial Finance/ Engineering Graduated from your bachelors degree within the last 24 months.
  • Have achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0
  • Be fluent in written and spoken English and have effective communication skills
  • Be inquisitive and present a thirst for knowledge
  • Be legally entitled to work within the country in which you are applying, without sponsorship or time restrictions.
