The Duty Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of service. They act as the point of escalation for guest issues and ensure smooth functioning of all departments during their shift.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate the activities of the front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments during the shift.Ensure high standards of guest service and resolve guest complaints promptly and effectively.Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to feedback.Manage staff attendance, schedules, and performance.Oversee daily operational procedures, including check-ins, check-outs, and billing.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.Handle emergencies and escalate issues as necessary.Maintain communication with management regarding operational matters.Assist with training and mentoring staff to improve service quality.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related field.Proven experience in hotel operations or guest services.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.Good organizational and multitasking skills.Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office.
