Key Responsibilities:Organize, store, and maintain both electronic and hard copy documents.Ensure proper document control procedures are followed, including tracking and updating document versions.Assist in the preparation and submission of project-related documentation.Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely documentation processing and distribution.Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing documents.Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards regarding document management.Requirements:Proven experience (2+ years) as a document controller or in a similar administrative role.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in document management software and MS Office.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
