Job Description

A Holding Company in Dubai is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team.Key Responsibilities:Plan & Execute Digital Campaigns: Lead SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.Social Media Management: Design, build, and maintain a strong and engaging social media presence.Campaign Performance & Analysis: Measure and report on the performance of campaigns against set goals (ROI & KPIs).Trend Analysis & Optimization: Identify trends and insights to optimize marketing spend and improve campaign performance.Creative Strategy Development: Brainstorm and implement innovative growth strategies.A/B Testing & Conversion Optimization: Plan and execute A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversions.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.Customer Experience Evaluation: Use analytics to evaluate the customer journey across multiple channels.What they’re Looking For:Education: BS/MS degree in Marketing or a related field.Experience: Proven experience managing SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.Creative & Data-Driven: Ability to devise innovative campaigns and use data to optimize performance.Technical Skills: Experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, A/B testing, multivariate experiments.
