The Demi Chef de Partie assists in the preparation and presentation of high-quality food items in a specific section of the kitchen. They work under the guidance of the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and food quality.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook dishes according to the restaurant’s recipes and standardsAssist in the daily operational tasks of the kitchenEnsure food quality, presentation, and consistencyMaintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchenFollow food safety regulations and maintain proper storage of ingredientsSupport senior chefs in developing new menu items and specialsManage stock levels and assist with inventory checksCollaborate effectively with kitchen team members to ensure timely serviceQualifications & Experience:Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or related field1-3 years of experience in a professional kitchenKnowledge of food safety standards (HACCP)Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentStrong teamwork and communication skills
