You will be responsible for preparing and cooking food, supervising kitchen staff, maintaining food quality standards and inventory, and ensuring all food is prepared in a timely manner to highly consistent standards according to recipes.The ability to work with the team to develop new recipes with International flavours is essential.Food needs to be produced to a timetable, but the kitchen operates a catering model with the benefit of no live service pressures. Some flexibility in working days and hours will be required.Qualifications
