Eathos currently operates in more than 41 branches across the 2 countries with 6 Cloud Kitchens and up to 15 Virtual Brands.As a DCDP you will play a crucial role in supporting our culinary team, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and taste in our Central Kitchen.What you will do:

  • Assisting in preparing and executing a variety of Indian dishes
  • Preparing ingredients, sauces, and components for various menu items under the guidance of senior chefs
  • Following established recipes and presentation guidelines to uphold our culinary standards
  • Ensuring proper food safety and sanitation practices are followed during food preparation and service
  • Collaborating with other kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods
  • Contributing to menu development and offering creative ideas for new dishes and seasonal specials
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workstation and kitchen area
  • Follow Eathos rules, regulations, and standards
RequirementsWhat you will need to have:
  • You must have two to three years of experience as a Demi Chef de Partie
  • You must be a high-flier over teamwork and communication
  • You must maintain high standards of product quality, service, and cleanliness
  • You must be able to multi-task, work under pressure, and fast-paced environment
  • You are currently located in the UAE
