You will be responsible for identifying potential sponsors, engaging with industry professionals, and securing both delegate registrations and sponsorship deals.Responsibilities Identify potential delegates and sponsors through research, networking, and leads provided by the company. Engage with prospects through email, phone calls, and virtual meetings to present the value of our events and sponsorship opportunities. Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions to match. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop persuasive sales collateral and materials. Manage the sales pipeline, track interactions, and ensure timely follow-ups. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities.Qualifications Proven experience in delegate and sponsorship sales, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and negotiate with clients. Strong networking abilities to expand your client base and establish rapport. Ability to work in a remote setting and manage time effectively. Familiarity with virtual sales tools and technologies. Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads and sales activities.
