They are looking for a passionate Data Risk Manager to join their talented team in Dubai!OVERVIEW:Data Risk Manager The Data Risk Manager represents the Data Officer and is responsible for guaranteeing that the Data Office adheres to regulatory requirements and can scale the Data framework. They establish a Data Risk Steering Committee to communicate the Data Offices compliance progress to Country Presidents and Business VPs.Some of your Responsibilities: Play a key role in shaping the implementation roadmap, policies, procedures, and risk assessments. They achieve this by establishing effective controls and sharing their knowledge of SE businesses. Develop and execute a maturity plan within the Data Offices scope, using the Playbook, global processes, templates, and guidelines as well as a Data Privacy and Protection Operating Model within the Data Offices domain. Lead Data Risks Committees for various areas within the Data Offices jurisdiction, such as Function, Region/Country, and Business Units. Compliance with regulatory requirements, including tasks like maintaining a processing register, providing privacy notices, collecting consent where necessary, and including appropriate clauses in supplier contracts. Serve as the single point of contact and escalation for the core Data Excellence Team, overseeing the execution progress and addressing any roadblocks. They also communicate any changes in the teams responsibilities and requested artefacts. Coordinate local teams is essential to ensure the successful implementation of Data Protection and Risk Management Practices. Facilitate activities such as Data Protection Audits, KICs reviews, and external audits, among others.Location: Dubai - Relocation Package InclSalary: 150,000 USD + generous packageDuration: FT/Perm
