We are seeking a highly skilled Data Modeler with 5 to 6 years of experience in data modelling, specifically with a focus on Azure cloud technology. The ideal candidate will have experience using the Erwin tool to design, create, and maintain data models. A strong understanding of Azures data architecture and services is essential.Note: We are looking for someone who can join immediately and work with our client origination. Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop data models to support business applications using Erwin.- Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and business analysts to gather and translate business requirements into effective data models.- Optimize and maintain data models for performance, scalability, and reliability.- Ensure data consistency, integrity, and quality across databases and data platforms.- Work closely with the development and analytics teams to ensure efficient data flow and accessibility.- Document data models, relationships, mappings, and metadata using industry-standard practices.Required Skills & Experience:- 5 to 6 years of experience in data modelling and architecture.- Proficiency in Azure cloud technologies, including data storage, data processing, and data Lake services.- Hands-on experience with Erwin data modelling tool is a must.- Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, data warehousing concepts, and best practices.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.Educational Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Preferred Qualifications:- Familiarity with ETL processes and data lake tools.
