Job Description

IIQAF is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong aptitude for data processing and analysis, excel in keeping records and presentations up to date, and be comfortable with introducing new systems and procedures to improve speed and accuracy.Responsibilities

  • Accurately input data into our company databases
  • Maintain accurate records of data entry
  • Process and review documents for completeness and accuracy
  • Ensure data is accurately stored, retrieved, and maintained
  • Create reports in a timely manner
  • Monitor data entry to ensure it meets preset standards
  • Troubleshoot data entry issues and make necessary adjustments
  • Conduct periodic reviews to identify process inefficiencies
  • Remaining up to date on industry trends
  • Assist with other clerical duties as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • 1 years of data entry experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong commitment to customer service
