Job Description

FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Check Job Order quantity and item specification
  • Follow-up of requirements for making a Cutting List
  • Coordinate to Project Department for Site Measurement
  • Coordinate to Engineering Department for Approved Shop Drawing
  • Make Cutting List as final size and details on each item for Factory Fabrication
  • Make Delivery List Per Location &Item
  • Make Job Monitoring Material list For Each Cutting List
  • Instruct to factory supervisors for any critical assembling details
  • Make record file of all issued cutting list on the factory by project and item wise.
  • Rectify Drawing details, if Necessary
Knowledge And Skill Requirements
  • Graduate. Extensive knowledge in painting joinery & interiors works.
  • Computer Literate. Proficient with Windows Systems- MS AutoCAD, Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Flexible and can work with less supervision
  • Adherence to working instructions and procedures in accordance with the companys Integrated Management System Policy.
