Location: Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah, UAEKey Responsibilities:-Oversee and manage inventory logistics, ensuring effective communication with suppliers, customs brokers, carriers, and other stakeholders.-Ensure timely shipment and delivery of goods while maintaining appropriate inventory levels.-Coordinate pickups and deliveries with transport companies and assign routing to drivers.-Conduct cost analysis of various transportation providers to select the most cost-effective solutions.-Manage reception, storage, and documentation of incoming shipments.-Communicate and collaborate with internal and external partners including trucking companies, warehouse supervisors, customs agents, sales teams, and clients.-Review and log purchase orders in relation to current stock levels to optimize procurement and reduce logistics costs.-Ensure timely order processing and delivery through coordination with courier services and warehouses.-Plan and coordinate all logistical requirements for shipments.-Assist in auditing vendor invoices and supporting month-end financial processing and accruals.Qualifications & Requirements:-Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.-Minimum 5 years of experience in shipping, transportation, and customs clearance, ideally within the food manufacturing sector.-Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures, particularly in UAE Free Zones, with preference given to experience in Hamriyah Free Zone-Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with attention to detail.
