We are seeking a talented and motivated Customer Support Agent to join our vibrant Operations team and help us building products with real positive impact on peoples life.We are seeking a bilingual Customer Support Agent fluent in Arabic and English to provide exceptional service to our clients. This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. The ideal candidate will have a background in logistics, a passion for technology, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer support.Key Responsibilities:Acts as the routine contact point, receiving and handling requests for support.Offer support and technical assistance to customers using our AI products, ensuring they have an optimal user experience.Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat in both Arabic and English.Troubleshoot and resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting, and explaining the best solution, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.Maintain a deep understanding of our products and logistics processes to offer accurate and efficient solutions.Collect customer feedback and collaborate with the tech and product development teams to improve product features and functionality.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the HelpScout system.Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to maintain a high level of customer service.Resolve issues or escalate to the appropriate team or department, providing timely and effective support to internal users.Basic Qualifications:Proficiency in Arabic and English (both written and verbal) is a must.Minimum of (3-years) proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, preferably in the logistics or tech industry.Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.Familiarity with HelpScout or similar customer support tools is a plus.Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.BSc. education in logistics or customer support deploma or a related field is a plus.Desirable Skills:
