Maintenance of specific customer master data
Order entry and follow-up of availability dates until delivery creation (incl. incompletion check and solution)
Independent export processing
Transport coordination & special deliveries
Inventory management
Complaints & returns and credit management
Working in customer portals

Profile description:

Successfully completed economic studies or 1-2 years of vocational technical training preferred
Experienced in working with SAP
Professional experience in logistics or distribution and customer service
Computer literate: Microsoft Office Tools
Customer-oriented thinking and experience in dealing with customers
Organized, detailed and good Communication Skills
Ability to follow instructions and work cohesively in a team atmosphere
English language skills on a high working level
