Our client, one of the leading companies in the dermatology and health field, is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to be based in Sharjah, UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering questions about products or the company
  • Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Support customers with the needed data
  • Increase sales basket
  • Cross selling and offers reminders
  • Analyzing data
  • Looking for potential sales
RequirementsTo be considered, you need to meet the following requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in tele sales
  • Knowledge about the beauty health sector sales
  • Customer satisfaction expert
  • Experience in the health and/or beauty sector
  • Strong computer skills and social media management
