Customer Experience Representative:At Prop.com, were all about delivering continuous value to our customers through long-term commitments. Thats why were looking for a hands-on Customer Experience Representative who is committed to contributing to our growth through effective customer interactions.Description of the role:As a Customer Experience Representative, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing the customer journey. This dynamic role requires a strong affinity for customer support. You will engage with customers through various channels, addressing their issues and helping them with queries. You are also expected to proactively suggest enhancements to consistently elevate our platforms customer experience metrics, maintaining a customer-centric approach.Responsibilities include:

  • Provide guidance and support for customer inquiries via chat, email, and calls, maintaining a consistently helpful and appropriate tone.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve uncommon customer issues with a hands-on approach for continuous improvement.
  • Offer feedback to the tech team on customer issues and platform enhancements.
  • Proactively reach out to users for any business requirements, including soliciting feedback or engaging in sales approaches when necessary.
  • Document customer interactions and contribute to knowledge base articles.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction levels by meeting CSAT targets, and managing KPIs such as FRT and SLA adherence.
  • Make suggestions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on product changes and improvements.
  • Adapt to changing customer needs and industry trends.
What are we looking for
  • Residing in Dubai and being available to work from the office are essential for this role.
  • Exhibits excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure clear and effective interaction with users.
  • Possesses hands-on experience in customer support, preferably within the fintech industry or Real Estate.
  • Demonstrates a proactive attitude and flexibility in work hours to deliver top-notch customer experiences and meet scheduling needs effectively.
  • Maintains a customer-obsession posture, prioritizing customer satisfaction and going the extra mile to address their needs.
  • Adapts to changing work environments and collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Any sales experience is considered an additional asset.
  • Not mandatory but good to have: experience with Intercom.
