Promate boasts a diversified product line, including mobility accessories, IT peripherals, photography enhancements, digital gadgets and consumer electronics and more.Were especially fond of quick thinkers, problem solvers, and good communicators with a well-developed sense of form, proportion, Color, and materials both for graphic and product executions.If thats you, please keep reading.Job Summary:Creative Graphic Designer is responsible for the overall visual aspects of an advertising (online and offline), Packing, ecommerce content, rich media, including managing high-end retouching for still images and transform them into photo-real, ready to use assets for our sales and web team.The main objective of this role is to execute major brand design projects across a specific product portfolio. This means planning, organizing, and implementing consistent design principles and production processes to ensure that the design/production guardrails are met. Managing all graphic design tasks, refining projects and drafts, and generating high-quality graphic content in line with the vision of the company.Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for editing tasks such as product retouching, Color correction, lightning adjustment, batch editing, texture blending, cropping, material matching, photo manipulation and cloning.
• Responsible for the creative vision for Printing Materials and online campaigns.
• Designing graphic content, illustrations, and infographics.
• Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery within deadlines.
• Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects.
• Successfully manages multiple projects simultaneously while being up to date with the latest tech trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Refining image design using photoshop and illustration software
• Brainstorming to come up with fresh image ideas and packaging artworks.

• 3+ years of experience in designing with a strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
• Should have extensive knowledge of graphic design, styles, and techniques.
• Portfolio demonstrating retouch proficiency.
• Proficiency with English language oral and writing.
• Should be experienced in some of the following areas of design (Vector Illustrations - Photo manipulation & Retouching- Poster & digital ads design - Printed & Editorial designs - Branding, Logo & corporate ID, Packaging and Ecommerce content).
• Previous experience working in the Tech industry is a plus.

• Ability to work in a dynamic work environment; is comfortable with risk and uncertainty.
• Team oriented, brainstorming sessions or presenting in front of other team members.
• Ability to work smoothly with a fast-paced interdisciplinary team.
• Demonstrate a clear point of view relating to their design.
• Can work under pressure.
