Job Description

IIQAF is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Courier Dispatcher to join our team. The successful candidate is responsible for coordinating courier services to ensure that deliveries are made on time. You will be responsible for scheduling route delivery stops, tracking shipments, and resolving transportation issues. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery service.Responsibilities

  • Communicate efficiently with customers and courier personnel regarding job assignment, scheduling, and delivery status
  • Track and confirm courier shipments by advising customers of any changes to estimated delivery times
  • Monitor courier performance by evaluating timeliness of deliveries
  • Resolve customer inquiries regarding delivery services
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of courier paperwork
  • Monitor daily performance metrics to measure on-time performance
  • Assist in recruiting, training, and scheduling courier personnel
Qualifications
  • 1 years experience in cargo logistics or related field
  • Knowledge of rear cargo hauling and transportation laws
  • Proficiency with computers and applicable shipping software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle stressful situations
  • Excellent customer service skills
