Directing and coordinating business operations of the parts trade and distribution in designated Trade Point Counter (TPC) location. Responsible for driving and achieving designated TPC location financials and profitability targets, improving share within the location market.What You Will Do. Manage the Trade Counter location team and the relationship with B2B Independent workshop and B2C customers. Demonstrate market expertise to understand customer needs and requirements and to anticipate potential and enhance stakeholder relationships by providing excellent customer service. . Work together with other Team Supervisors in other regions, the Regional Manager and other ALAC departments to provide the customers with a wide product and service offering of Al-Futtaim . Responsible to deliver product / solution to customer while working with Trade Point Counter location team, and reinforce relations by bringing expert advice to discussions and support . Responsible to deliver parts, tyres and batteries volume, mix and margin by generating new business and expanding current existing business. . Responsible for the onboarding of new customers . Prepare regular reports, regular initiatives, and data to showcase progress and forecasts to internal stakeholders. . Assure Customer Complaints are handled properly. . Sales discipline - Sales returns, Ensure availability of legal documents, etc., Competitor information and tracking. Responsibility for processes and compliance within the branch location. Responsible for day-to-day management of TPC location including staff deployment into the market, local marketing activity and feedback to Regional ManagerRequired Skills To Be Successful Spare parts sales experience in the automotive industry Good sales and customer service experience Knowledge with parts catalogue Good systems knowledge preferably with SAPAbout The TeamThe Trade Point Counter Supervisor is the most critical contributor to parts sales in designated location. Reporting to Regional Manager, you will manage Field Sales Executives and Parts Advisors. You need to demonstrate an extremely high level of relationship between all stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experience.
