Position: Corporate TrainerIndustry: Human Resources / Training & DevelopmentEmployment Type: Full TimeExperience: 4–6 yearsQualification: Estimated Qualification like Bachelor Degree holder, Diploma/Degree/CertificateSalary: AED 10000 to 20000Location: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesCompany: Exclusive TalentDescription:We are seeking a motivated Corporate Trainer to join our team in Dubai and lead the design and delivery of dynamic learning experiences that strengthen capability across the organisation. This full-time role focuses on creating practical, learner-centred programs, facilitating engaging sessions both in-person and online, and tracking learning impact to support business goals.Key Responsibilities:Design and deliver soft skills, leadership, and role-specific training programs that are practical and results-oriented.Create course materials, workshop guides, and competency-based learning resources tailored to different audiences.Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and recommend learning solutions.Measure post-training effectiveness via assessments, feedback and performance metrics, and adjust programs accordingly.Support the administration and content updates of the LMS and other digital learning tools.Partner with department leaders to ensure learning initiatives align with performance objectives and talent development plans.Requirements:4–6 years of hands-on experience in corporate training, learning & development, or a related L&D role.Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse groups.Proven curriculum design experience and the ability to develop practical training materials.Familiarity with LMS platforms, assessment tools, and reporting best practices.Comfortable delivering both face-to-face and virtual sessions with excellent communication skills.A proactive, learner-focused mindset with the ability to drive measurable learning outcomes.
