By shaping the conversation in our sectors, we enable our clients to unlock growth, protect innovation and accelerate ambition.With 1000+ lawyers, 300+ partners, 29 offices and 17 jurisdictions we are looking to expand our Corporate team, with the addition of a Corporate Senior Associate.The opportunity for youWe are currently recruiting for a mid/senior level Corporate lawyer, ideally 5-7+PQE to join our corporate team in Dubai.The ideal candidate will have a solid M&A background with VC and general corporate experience. We would like candidates who can work within a team and lead on M&A deals as they will gain a high level of responsibility and exposure to excellent quality work and clients within this role.The successful candidate will be working within a highly regarded and busy team, advising on a broad range of transactional corporate matters, primarily M&A although experience in VC or investment funds work would be a bonus. You will be providing legal advice and seamless legal solutions to an international client base.We are flexible with regards to seniority, but ideally looking for a 6+PQE Corporate Associate with prior experience from a top tier international or local law firm environment within the Middle East. We would also be open to looking at lawyers looking to relocate to Dubai from high performing UK, India or Pakistan corporate teams. Strong academic credentials and legal skills are a must, along with a proven track record of managing transactions and meeting deadlines. You will also have excellent communication and organisational skills.
