Job Description

SearchPlus HR is currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Consultant/Specialist Pediatric Cardiac Surgeon to join our team. As a Consultant/Specialist Pediatric Cardiac Surgeon at SearchPlus HR, you will play a critical role in providing expert surgical care to pediatric patients with cardiac conditions.Your responsibilities will include evaluating and diagnosing patients, developing personalized treatment plans, performing surgical procedures, monitoring postoperative progress, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating and diagnosing pediatric patients with cardiac conditions
  • Developing personalized treatment plans for each patient
  • Performing surgical procedures on pediatric patients with cardiac conditions
  • Monitoring patients postoperative progress and providing appropriate follow-up care
  • Collaborating with cardiologists, anesthesiologists, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Continuously staying updated with advancements in pediatric cardiac surgical techniques and practices
Requirements
  • Medical degree and valid license to practice as a Consultant/Specialist Pediatric Cardiac Surgeon
  • Completion of residency and fellowship in Pediatric Cardiac Surgery
  • Proven experience and expertise in performing surgical procedures on pediatric patients with cardiac conditions
  • Strong surgical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients, their families, and healthcare professionals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
BenefitsBenefits: - As per UAE labour law Salary will be around AED 45000 to 85000.
