Job Description

SearchPlus HR, a leading HR consulting firm, is currently looking for a qualified and experienced Consultant/Specialist Internal Medicine to join our team. As an Internal Medicine Consultant/Specialist at SearchPlus HR, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive healthcare services to our clients.As an Internal Medicine Consultant/Specialist, you will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of acute and chronic diseases in adult patients. You will perform thorough evaluations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care. Your expertise will contribute to improving the health and well-being of individuals within our client organizations.Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of adult patients medical histories and symptoms
  • Diagnose and treat various acute and chronic diseases and conditions in adult patients
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including laboratory work, imaging studies, and biopsies
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans
  • Prescribe medications and other appropriate treatments, adhering to established standards of care
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Provide patient education and counseling on managing medical conditions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
  • Stay current with advancements in the field of Internal Medicine through continuous learning and professional development
Requirements
  • Medical degree and valid license to practice as an Internal Medicine Consultant/Specialist
  • Completion of a recognized residency program in Internal Medicine
  • Proven experience diagnosing and treating a diverse range of acute and chronic diseases in adult patients
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based medical practices and the latest developments in Internal Medicine
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to healthcare
