We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Specialist in Ophthalmology to join our team.As a Specialist in Ophthalmology at SearchPlus HR, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating various eye conditions. Your expertise in the field of ophthalmology will enable you to provide specialized care to patients and contribute to improving their visual health.Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and diagnose eye conditions and diseases through comprehensive examinations and tests
  • Provide appropriate treatment plans for various eye conditions, including refractive errors, cataracts, glaucoma, and macular degeneration
  • Perform ophthalmologic surgical procedures, such as cataract surgery, corneal transplantation, and laser eye surgery
  • Prescribe medications and offer non-surgical interventions, such as laser therapy and injections
  • Manage post-operative care and monitor patient progress
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements and research in the field of ophthalmology
Requirements
  • Medical degree and valid license to practice as a Specialist in Ophthalmology
  • Proven experience in diagnosing and treating various eye conditions
  • Expertise in performing ophthalmologic surgical procedures
  • In-depth knowledge of ophthalmology principles, practices, and treatment options
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a healthcare team
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
