Job Description

SearchPlus HR is a leading human resources consulting firm that is currently seeking talented and dedicated Consultants/Specialists in Emergency Medicine to join our team. As a Consultant/Specialist in Emergency Medicine at SearchPlus HR, you will play an integral role in providing immediate and specialized care to patients facing acute medical conditions and injuries.In this position, you will independently assess, diagnose, and treat patients who present with a variety of medical emergencies such as stroke, heart attack, trauma, and other acute illnesses. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure efficient and high-quality care, prioritize patient needs, and make crucial decisions promptly to save lives and improve patient outcomes.Responsibilities:

  • Independently assess and manage patients with acute medical conditions and injuries
  • Perform comprehensive physical examinations and order and interpret diagnostic tests
  • Make accurate and timely diagnoses and develop and implement appropriate treatment plans
  • Perform medical procedures including wound management, suturing, and fracture immobilization
  • Administer medications, fluids, and other emergency treatments
  • Effectively communicate and coordinate care with patients and their families
  • Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals as required
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements and guidelines in emergency medicine
RequirementsRequirements:
  • Medical degree and valid license to practice as an Emergency Medicine Consultant/Specialist
  • Completion of a recognized residency program in emergency medicine
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and treating a wide range of acute medical conditions and injuries
  • Thorough knowledge of emergency medicine protocols, procedures, and best practices
  • Exceptional clinical skills and ability to make quick and accurate decisions in high-pressure situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Valid certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS)
